Marie antoinette: "Let them eat cake" or did she say?

Anyway, I am passionately fond of the era of baroque/ rococo, yes lots of glamour.

So inspiring with the big dresses - wigs - interior....
And I have not seen the film " Marie Antoinette " unbelievably. Maybe I have too...

So I baked some sweets that are a littlebit in that style.

Chocolate cake covered in vanilla buttercream, decorated with marzipan and a tiny bit gold glitter.
