Meringues

It`s so easy to make meringues and especially with this recipe:
4 egg whites
8 tablespoons sugar
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and add sugar little at a time.
Meringue batter will be quite stiff.
Then comes the fun and slightly sticky part: Put the batter in piping bag, cut a big hole (or use a tip) and then squeeze out tops.
Bake at 100 gr for about 45 min ( slightly different from oven to oven)
When it`s baked, let them cool completely.
Remember to keep them in tight box.
Taste delicious with a layer of chocolate at the bottom.

Dots

Dots is Norway`s answer to Oreo cookies.   I covered them with chocolate, using a cookie mold. Decorated them with a marzipan leaf and edible glitter in autumn colors.  Autumn is just so beautiful, lovely colors, rainy and windy...

Halloween basket

Trick or treat  give me something good to eat.....

" Kransekake " is Scandinavian , Norwegian and Danish. Are popular for holidays like Christmas, Confirmation...  Are usually shaped like a tower or horn and is embellished with bon- bon and flags.

 I have done a little twist like using grey icing ( it is common with white ) and made it like a Halloween basket.
And here you can put a lot of goodies.....

Ghost cake

Denne spøkelse- pynten er super enkel å lage, ja jeg liker det enkelt : ) Bare klatt på krem og bruk en sprøytepose med krem til å lage toppene ( spøkelsene ) Har trillet små kuler av marsipan til øyene.

This ghosts is so easy to make, yes I like it simple : )
Just smeared a lot of cream on the cake and used piping bag to make the ghosts.  The eyes are rolled by marzipan.
