Meringues

It`s so easy to make meringues and especially with this recipe:
4 egg whites
8 tablespoons sugar
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and add sugar little at a time.
Meringue batter will be quite stiff.
Then comes the fun and slightly sticky part: Put the batter in piping bag, cut a big hole (or use a tip) and then squeeze out tops.
Bake at 100 gr for about 45 min ( slightly different from oven to oven)
When it`s baked, let them cool completely.
Remember to keep them in tight box.
Taste delicious with a layer of chocolate at the bottom.
